Paint Flows


Clear your mind and focus on the photo for 5 minutes.

First, concentrate on your breathing until your mind is only filled with the sensation of your chest and stomach moving in and out.

Secondly, allow your breathing to continue whilst you foresincally look into the picture.  Notice all the details and colours.

After doing this for 5 minutes, recognise that your heart rate has slowed and your a feeling calm.
